- For over 40 years, the
Western Forest Economists (WFE) have been meeting each Spring. The three-day
conference offers those interested in forest economics a chance to discuss current
research, issues, and trends. The WFE’s informal meeting format encourages
discussion and interchange.
WFE meetings attract economists from industry, government agencies and universities. Membership in the WFE is open to anyone. We are especially interested in encouraging students to participate and discount student registration substantially. Click here if you’d like to get on our mailing list.
