Coastal Forestlands Represented CFL on the Forest Science Project (FSP) team. The FSP is consolidating stream temperature data collected by member companies within the range of listed coho salmon in northern California to determine the extent that land management activities affect water temperature.
City of McMinnville MB&G has managed the City of McMinnville's 6,000-acre Haskins Creek Watershed for over 20 years, and is involved in the long-term planning of water, timber, and other resources on the watershed to maintain streamflow. Natural resource surveys and inventories are performed on a regular basis to ensure regulatory compliance.
Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation Currently working as a member of the Umatilla Interdisciplinary Team to prepare a Forest Management Plan as required by BIA regulation. MB&G staff are responsible for recommending a schedule of watershed management activities along with standards and guidelines for performing those activities to ensure both the long-term health of the tribe's valuable riparian habitat and a reasonable flow of timber revenue. MB&G is developing a planning model that will help fish and wildlife biologists, hydrologists and decision makers understand the biological and economic consequences of various management activities.
