MB&G has extensive experience helping clients make individual timber sales and help clients sell timberland properties, large and small. Our forestry staff provides technical expertise needed to cruise, develop GIS and forest inventory data, prepare the timber sale prospectus, develop purchaser contacts, answer questions surrounding the forest property, and help evaluate bids. Individual timber sale services include sale cruising and layout activities, sale prospectus development and distribution, and review of competitive bids.
