Testimonials

“On behalf of the Centennial School District, I would like to acknowledge the outstanding wetland mitigation and monitoring services that Mason, Bruce & Girard (MB&G) has provided to the District at the Butler Creek Elementary School project in Gresham, Oregon. From the beginning, MB&G’s wetland biologists were able to not only recognize flaws in the initial mitigation design that was prepared by another consultant, but they were able to provide corrective design recommendations that were biologically sound, cost effective, and acceptable to the regulatory agencies. During construction, MB&G was able to provide significant and critical technical advice to our construction contractor that led to the successful establishment of the on-site wetland mitigation areas. MB&G also functioned as a critical liaison between the District and representatives of the ACOE and SDL by effectively facilitating compromise and agreement on the corrective measures. In all instances, MB&G consistently represented the best interest of the District before these agencies. Their staff is always willing to help and we have come to rely on their technical advice and expertise for any issue related to our wetland mitigation areas.

“I just wanted to add my two-cents regarding how well things went last night. You folks did an outstanding job organizing and conducting the meetings last night. That’s about as smooth as I’ve seen a public hearing run. Thanks to all of you for the great support and teamwork.”

“Middle Fork Irrigation District has done business with Mason, Bruce & Girard Environmental Services for a number of years and has found their team to be made up of very highly skilled professionals. Our most recent project was mandated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) based on safety concerns. Before work could begin we had to complete an Environmental Assessment on fish, wildlife and vegetation. MB&G’s knowledge and ability to work with the various agencies was outstanding and has kept our project moving forward. MB&G’s team met our needed time lines with professionalism, knowledge and courtesy not often found in this type of work. The agencies they work with and Middle Fork Irrigation District personnel found them to be very informed and polite in all their interactions. As General Manager for Middle Fork Irrigation District I would gladly recommend them for consideration as part of your future projects.”

I can’t express how satisfied we have been with you and MB&G. You have always been honest and direct with us.  If you couldn’t accomplish a task for us, you told us so and suggested others who might be able to help us. Your products work, your analyses are sound, and you support your products. Best of all, you have patience that helps us coach reluctant staff into adopting new processes and procedures. What more can I say!
