Biological Resources » Our clients count on MB&G biologists for expert analysis of fish, wildlife, and botanical resource issues. We design and conduct studies, analyze data, and prepare documentation necessary for compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). MB&G also performs mitigation planning, biological monitoring, and ecological studies of fish, wildlife, and plants.
Wetlands » Our wetland scientists guide MB&G’s clients through the entire wetland permitting process, from conducting initial wetland field studies and delineations to preparing necessary permit applications for state and federal regulatory compliance. When impacts to wetlands are unavoidable, MB&G has the expertise to document wetland mitigation requirements, design mitigation plans, and monitor mitigation success.
Water Resources » Our scientists design and implement water quality studies to evaluate the success of restoration and enhancement projects, and to assess impacts to lakes, reservoirs, and streams. MB&G also conducts water chemistry, water temperature, and sediment studies in support of Clean Water Act permitting for a wide variety of water resource projects.
