Through an on-call contract with ODOT Region 5, MB&G botanists conducted SMA surveys for the presence and distribution of Laurent’s milkvetch (Astragalus collinus var. laurentii); a rare and sensitive species endemic to only four counties in eastern Oregon.
Since 2010, MB&G has provided professional revegetation and habitat mitigation monitoring and reporting services for five different wind power facilities owned and operated by Avangrid Renewables.
Scope in this project included developing of a noxious weed inventory and overseeing field collection.
MB&G managed the monitoring and maintenance program for over 70 sites in a 10-year state-wide contract.
