JRH Transportation Engineering Served as the Environmental Studies Team lead for a major NEPA Environmental Assessment analyzing various alternatives to the current Highway 62 alignment from Medford to White City, Oregon. Key environmental issues included wetlands; water resources; and threatened and endangered wildlife, fish, and plants.
SDS Lumber Company Prepared a SEPA Environmental Impact Statement to analyze the effects of SDS Lumber Company's proposed timber harvest on a northern spotted owl nest in the White Salmon River drainage in Oregon.
URS Corporation Responsible for natural resources issues for a NEPA Environmental Impact Statement analyzing various Interstate 5 interchange configurations in southern Oregon. Key issues being addressed by MB&G include fisheries, wetlands, and wildlife.
URS Corporation Assisting URS in preparing two NEPA EISs to evaluate various land management alternatives under consideration for a portion of the Tongass National Forest in southeast Alaska. MB&G is performing natural resource inventories and preparing technical reports for inclusion in the EIS.
Confidential Client Prepared a draft NEPA Environmental Assessment to document potential impacts resulting from implementing a multi-species Habitat Conservation Plan across a 23,000-acre tree farm.
