Irina Lapina

Irina is a Wetland Scientist with over 15 years of experience, with nine years of serving clients in Oregon, California, Colorado, and Alaska. Irina has mastered wetland delineations, wetland functional assessments, and writing highly technical reports for agency specialists as well as for the general public. Irina has extensive field experience in support of environmental permitting for Clean Water Act Section 404 regulations, Oregon Removal/Fill Law, and has completed the Federal Wetland/Waters Regulatory Policy class from Wetland Training Institute. She has practical knowledge of the Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual, the Western Mountains, Valleys, and Coast Regional Supplement, the Arid West Regional Supplement, and Alaska Regional Supplement, and contributes to MB&G environmental projects across the Northwest. She holds an M.S. in both Biology and The Teaching of Biology and Chemistry, as well as a B.S. in Biology from Udmurt State University, Izhevsk, Russia.
